whats up guys. this is the first forum ive actually joined. (i usually just look at what i need to find things out.) im on car number six so far in a year and a half. i drive cars like a boss. i currently have a 99 jetta with the mk3 style on coil overs. completely rolled fenders way bigger then stock and new paint. i bought the car from a friend for 1500 bucks and i love it. we already had to change the oil pan because it was lower then how it is now and i kinda ripped holes into it. well heres some pics

i would love bbs' but that whole 6-700 a wheels is to much i found these nice konigs lace wheels that are 17x7

Welcome to Stanceworks, good to see a fellow central New York person.

Personally, I don't care for the Konig Lace- they look cheesy, especially with such a narrow size. But, it is your car and your style- glad to see you aren't buying Rotas or Drag wheels.

If you want to buy new wheels, I would suggest looking into something a little wider, with a nice-sized lip. Enkei makes a few nice sets that would look good. And, if you don't plan on doing anything big with the outside of the car, you can find a set of much more "gangster" wheels used for a few hundred dollars more. (If your main focal point of the outside of the car is just your wheels and you want the car to stand out, you'd better make the wheels count.)

im not sure i want new wheels but i really love the mesh bbs style and classy things lol. the axis classic wheel and the og sans are nice. i might try and find a stock set of bbs that came off a bmw and pick em up alittle cheaper

well if you know anyone that has any decent wheels thatd be awesome mine just 4x100 and not a five lug cuz its a vr6 swap not car lol insurance thinks its the 2.slow but yeah we've got a good chunk of kids who live by eat sleep cars here
