  • New E38 looking to stance!

Just bought a 2001 740i that is clean as hell, now I wanna give it the look! Any ideas on wheels and getting it low would be great! Thanks.

Thanks for the comments guys! MrZog, you thinking keeping the wheels I have and spacing those? If so, what size spacers? And what method is normally done on these cars to slam them?

car looks good, at least from the crappy picture
i agree m paras are nice, but seriously? 18's on an e38? this isn't a honda, put some 19's or 20's on there and slam the fuck out of it

Sell the M-pars and get 18" style 5s (only other sexier OEM wheel IMO).

              Car looks awesome, welcome!

I feel ya on the size. Again, what methods are best for lowering these cars? Anyone?

IMHO, coilovers are the way to go. Either nex, Fk, or kws are a few if you're looking for a nice drop. If you want a mild drop go with h&r springs. If you wanna go all out air Rex makes a air ride kit for the E38.

first of all you gotta know how low you wanna go, because if you want a real slammed 7's you gotta keep the 18's, prolly 19's but 20's are just too big for my stance taste...

                    anyways, great start indeed!

18's on an e38 are like 16's on an e36, do you like the way 16's look on an e36?

Spacers depend on the amount of lowering you want . . get it low and then löook hom much the rims can come out . .

only way to slam these properly are coliovers . . or springs iy want a "mild" drop . .
