I'm not normally a fan of trucks (or the way people drive them) but yours is pretty cool, definitely looks aggressive.

Nice truck, my cars/trucks are either really low cars or a big lifted truck, so I understand and in chitown a big lifted truck would be awesome because no one would mess with me and I would not have to do defensive driving cause people would just moved haha

Well nice truck and ill let uk when I move back up to a truck, if I can get off the low scene but idk if thats gonna happen anytime soon

        oh and Welcome to StanceWorks!

Thanks for the warm welcome, and don't expect people to like my truck or understand it. Hell, that is what makes the car scene (and this site in particular) so interesting. Everyone has a different opinion of what their ride should be. Always gotta appreciate the work put into them, even the donks.

But, yes, this is a purpose built vehicle. Always wanted something tall and able to do some decent offroading. Also, on the street, this thing is basically a tank. It's loud, its obnoxious, it stands out. People see or hear it coming. I rarely have people pull out in front of me or tailgate me. Rarely do people start merging with me being beside them. They know I am there. For those that do pull out in front of me, they generally dive off the road quickly to get out of the way. Those that tailgate me find out that lighting up my undercarraige will simply give you a better look at my suspension plus a nice view of my brake lights. Won't do anything to my truck. I did it for looks, but at the same time safety to myself and family as I know others don't pay attention on the road. I am also aware of the damage this can do, hence why I am as careful as I can be with it while driving around since I don't want to wreck it but also don't want to kill someone else because of their stupidity. I attempt to be a respectful driver.

As I said, I have been getting into photography and only have the truck to play with, so I have a few of it.

And to keep it rolling, I'll toss a couple pictures of the truck...
Pictures didn't turn out great due to me having the camera on the wrong setting.

I can dig a used lifted truck. Not sure how I feel about the grill but, hey different strokes for different folks.

Stop on by the photo subforum if you want some photo tips and pointers, I'm sure we can help you out.

I personally love them. They look the part and fill the functionality. The noise can get irritating but as this is a midsize pickup, its not terrible. Kinda sounds like a small prop plane, like a Sesna...

Will be swapping to some thing less aggressive when these wear out, which will probably be 5 years from now.

I like the look of the truck, you should post a build thread if you can.
Myself I love every aspect of the car culture, lifted, slammed, even the new guys that weld skid plates to their sway bars.

Awesome! Glad you use the truck, I can't stand lifted trucks that never see dirt...

Honestly, I am kind of surprised on the welcome since all you ever really see on here are the slammed rides with rubber hungry fenders. Thanks, it's appreciated.

To Funf: Of course I have to use it. I never understood someone lifting something and not wanting to see what it can do.

As often as I have contemplated switching to a fullsize, this midsize is perfect for me and my vehicular needs.
