Japanese w/ American Styling.. Toyota Stout and Yamaha Boobber

Hey guys, I've been on the forum for awhile just lurking. I'm from Minnesota... and when the snow hits, that's when everyone starts their projects. I picked this truck up from Seattle this spring and will start posting progress once I get it started. Plan is to body swap it onto an 86 running chassis and throw on air ride. I'll be using this to haul around bikes and just want a reliable daily. Initial pics and the inspiration. And my bobber in case anyone was curious.

Hey! Been a long while.. I've been trying to find a Toyota donor truck clean enough to start working on.. Last week I was lucky enough to find a local who was parting his truck. I'll be getting a running driving chassis already done. Next is the fab work on the body to make this work, luckily the wheelbase is near identical. Super pumped! Also snagged a new daily for myself.. 1987 4Runner, I had one for awhile until the baby brother crashed it. Stay tuned ya'll.
