  • E46 Wagon

PNW guy here with a 00 3 series wagon.

The car has been through hell and is on it's way back. Some big plans for it this winter, much more low, new wheels/tires, lips, and some little things here and there.

I've already got some M wheels and have the rest of my parts picked out, just need to order them and get my car in the garage for the winter. Here's the new wheels

    And here's the winter beater

Can't wait to get some great insight from the guys on here!

Well like I said in my first post, this car has been through hell and back. I bought the car two years ago, and 3 months after I bought it I had a little weather mishap

I did a little work in my garage to get it decent looking again

So the biggest part of this winter will be putting a new roof skin on, and getting things done right (instead of 1/2" of bondo lol). As far as mods I just picked up another stock front bumper and I plan on ordering a lip for it along as one for the back. The car is going to be dumped (possibly on bags, I've done a few trucks), keeping the M wheels that are on it now, stretched tires, gonna black everything out (all lights, windows, etc), going to get a CF hood since mine has a couple dents and some scuff marks, and possibly repainting the whole car.

                      Welcome.

I would never repair a rolled car.

Well I've been driving it for almost 2 years like this, it runs and drives just as well as the day I bought it.

I'm keeping the car because it's a good car, never had any problems with it. And since I'm keeping it, it's going to be made the way I want it.

The very first picture I posted (with the black wheels and grey building in the background), that's how it looks now. Nobody can tell that it's been rolled, but I know about all the bondo that I used on the roof, so I'm going to replace the roof skin.

I plan on buying an 06ish C class mercedes next summer, the bimmer is and will be my play car.

I know what you are saying. I wish I could have fixed my roll but there was no fixing it. I love E46 wagons. Is it a manual?

Yes, it's a manual. I searched and searched and bought exactly what I wanted. It's a 5 speed with all black interior and had only 112,000 miles on it when i bought it.

I've thought about replacing it with another E46 wagon but it's almost impossible to find a manual that's black on black. So I'll keep this one, and buy myself another nice car.
