Alright so now I'm on here I guess I should post, plus I can't hold myself back from commenting on these amazing builds
. Some truly amazing work being done on here.
Anyway by some odd reason of the universe I fell in love at a young age with 80's subarus. Which is kind of an issue because I live in Vermont, and rust loves the old subies, but I have ended up with a few.
My mostly stock 1982 ea81(engine) 4x4 GL wagon (going to get a new shell for this one it's getting rusty i hope to go out west next year and drive one back)

My most heavily (still not running ) modified car my 1986 Brat
EJ25 Subaru engine, awd five speed trans, megasquirt standalone, k-spork coilovers, five lug conversion, wrx brakes the list goes on, and on. I need to get it running, and lower the rear the front is where I want it now. It now has new wheels and tires, but I don't have pics yet.

And my newest project, the one I'm on here for, my 1984 GL wagon 2x4 dubbed "The cali wagon" as it was originally sold at Downtown L.A. Subaru, and ended up here with a collage student. I have a long way to go on this one, but it runs great, and after a couple months of work has floors and rocker panels again. I hope to be painting it in the next couple of weeks (my dad and I panted both of the other two above) after that I'll be putting it back together, re clocking the rear torsion bar, and trying to figure out a way to make some front coilovers for it to get her low.
When I got it about 4 years ago (before I could even drive...) I paid $250 for it needing a taillight.

After sitting I had to patch the floors and add new rockers

I added wing mirrors and made custom front and rear bumpers

fixed all the rust, and bought some old beat up recaros, and some super rare 13" alloys

That brings us up to speed for now. I'm in the process of sanding and bondo and all that good stuff, and trying to decide what color I'm going to paint it, I'm leaning toward silver right now. I'll start a build tread as I get more work done. I have next week off from school so there should be some good progress soon!
