  • Integra in Texas.

Howzit all. Just getting into the stance scene, but been into imports and modifying since 2000.

I've got a 1995 integra I'm working on. It's meant to be my fun daily driver car. Also have a bike and truck too. Here's a few pics of the teg. It's in need of a paint job and I'm planning on going lower.

Wheels are XXR 521s 16x8 +20 with 205/40-16 tires. Lowered on F&F type 1's. Generic UCA camber kit in the front and exedium camber kit in the rear.
Need to get alignment done since I recently adjusted for negative camber.

Thanks, I converted the front myself. First big project for me. But it came out well. the stickers are only temporary until I get the whole car resprayed. Kinda liked that sticker bombed fad so I figuredid try it out for awhile.

Good to hear that the stickerbombed lip is going to go away and is only temporary.

Thanks guys. It's a work in progress, I'm in no rush. Just want to get a good looking stance going for this daily driver. Possibly looking at the XXR 531's early next year for my next set.
I mean I'd love score a set of BBS RS' or LM's or CCW's but I just can't bring myself to get rims that cost more than what I bought the car for. lol.

Then save up and look around for deals.

Your car is clean, and has potential for daaaaays. Don't ruin a nice car by putting run-of-the-mill low-buck XXR's on it. Hell, even another OEM wheel from another car would look better than cheap wheels.

Why do I say this? Because there was a day where I couldn't afford baller-ass wheels. I rocked four rear AP1 S2000 wheels on my car for almost a year.

              Pics of said wheels:

You've got the right idea, just keep it clean and don't settle.

Thanks dude. Yea, I'm always on the look out for deals. I've just started looking at the "OEM wheels from other cars" idea. Just don't know where to really look though. I've seen BBS' that came stock on Miatas that have the same bolt pattern...

But to me...it's not really "settling" though. I like the XXR 521s i have now, and the new XXR 531s. Yes, I know they are knock off designs. But it doesn't bother me. If my car were to get stolen, I already know insurance isn't going to pay out much for a 95 integra. I'd be less sick for losing my XXRs vs. CCWs at $650 a piece.

To each their own though. I mean if I can find a set of BBS' for a sweet deal, I'd probably jump on them.

We'll see... Gotta see how the City decides to handle this.

And looks like I'll be representing myself in all of this. I had removed collision coverage from the teg because a policy rep explained to me that in Texas with Liabilty insurance as a requirement that they would pay for damages to another vehicle if I caused the damage. I would just be responsible for repairing my own vehicle since it was my fault. I figured I'd assume that risk. It was also my understanding that if someone else hit my teg that since they were required to carry liability, their insurance company would repair my car. The catch or surprise to me is that I would have to represent myself and do the legwork myself if that was to occur. The policy rep in the past failed or didn't realize to inform me that it would be in my best interest to keep collision coverage for that aspect. So... anything collision related my insurance company cannot help me with since I don't have that coverage. My fault or not. I wouldn't have removed collision coverage if I would have known that!

So now I have to deal with the claim and pursuing the City of Killeen myself. My insurance company can't do anything with this. So having comprehensive and uninsured/underinsured coverage with USAA does me no good in this case. I was basically paying good money on insurance just in case my car was ever stolen or hit by someone without insurance. Shitty.

The Claim rep also went as far as informing me that pursuing the claim myself will probably be time intensive and a big hassle... Great. And I don't have my insurance company to back me....

Been awhile... To put it shortly, City of Killeen sucks. They didn't pay for damages, I picked up a 4dr GSR, have been transferring parts from the coupe and recently picked up a set of 16x7" BBS RS239s. Et37. Here's a pic as she sits now

And a shot of the recently acquired BBS'

Debating whether to refurbish them as is and run adapters or rebuild them with 1.5" lips and fill/redrill. Thoughts?

Niiiiice! You should have kept the old car and swapped the Honda front end on. Ive only seen four door Honda Integras on videogames. Good looking car so far though - sucks about the old one, but this way you'll be more unique.

                          Also, welcome.

Oh, I still have the coupe! Jdm front will be put on the 4 door. But thanks for the comments dude.
like most others, it's a work in progress.
