I'm new to this whole scene, but I have been watching my uncle and brother modify cars for quite some time. I have never really done a big project on my own. I recently took my '95 Civic coupe to a "new low" and threw some cheap wheels on it, Its nothing too special but a work in progress I guess. I am from Oxford Pa, but I am currently in State College Pa, trying to graduate from Penn State University. I am looking forawrd to learning a lot of new things from you guys.
