    Hello, My name is Archie....and i am BMW driver...

    Yes folks, another BMW driver has arrived.
    My name is Archie, 6' red head with glasses, and im currently studying Mechanical Engineering at Tafe (which is a sort of between-high school-and-university).
    My chariot of PAOWER is a 1986 BMW 325e, she is my first car, and i have had her for a year, her name is Ilyca.
    Current Modifications are: Lowering springs, some semblance of a sound system, repainted plastic trim (repainted satin black), repainted wheels (still silver, just newer lookin')
    , and i have started removing and relocating things in my engine bay.

    Yes there are future plans..(this includes coils and pretty wheels)...but i can't afford them....but when i can, so help me this car will be pretty..

          nice! i grew up in melbourne and now llive in california.

          3 observations

          1. There is a lot of cool cars here and they are cheap
          2. If they are BMW or Mercedes from the 70-80's they have big ugly bumpers here in the US
          3. Australia got bitchin little bumpers on theirs that rule

            Yeah, can't beat the euro bumpers. Some like the diving boards, but not me.
            Since mines a series one E30, i also get the added bonus of an ACTUAL chrome bumper, not the plastic body colour ones that came on the series 2, just that added bit of class..

            But Cali has SO MUCH BETTER modification laws.....Australia has really lost the plot in that area.

              i like the crosshatched headlights
              Hatchbacks, wagons... It's NOT all the same. You want in? Don't get a mazda 3, get a mazda 6 wagon. Don't get a wrx get a legacy wagon. and theres a reason the A3 isn't called the A3 avant... Scion does not make a wagon it makes a weird van, but no wagons

                Ay, a little bonus that came when i bought it. I quite like them, gives it a bit of the rally look.. , and i have accidentally rallied it before...

                Its quite literally fish net......
