  • Alfisti from The Netherlands

    Hey guys,

    I'm Jordy, (almost)22yrs old and I'm from The Netherlands.(Europe). I work as an cameraman and editor. My own website is http://www.motorsportmedia.nl but my real job is at http://www.autoweek.nl, a dutch car magazine.

    My ride is an Alfa romeo 145 1.4 twinspark from '99.

    What has been done

    * Interior:

    - Full leather MOMO sport interior BLACK,
    - Alpine audio set,

    * Exterior:
    - bump sidestrips removed,
    - Novitec side blinkers,
    - Zender Le Mans 16"/Limited 500 Wheels,
    - Alfa Romeo tire air caps(don't know the english word for it)
    - Rear fenders rolled out.
    - some Biscione/CuoreSportivo decals

    * Preformance
    - FK Highline Coilovers+shock absorbers(lowered +/-90mm)
    - OMP strutbar front upper,
    - CSC midpipe(no demping),
    - Biscione 2x80mm rear muffler,
    - K&N57i airfilter,

    What I want:
    - GTA look headlights,
    - BMC-CDA/DIA air induction kit,
    - 2.0QV brakes conversion
    - QV steering wheel.
    - QV sideskirts
    - Zender bodykit..?

    I probably forgot somethings and I left somethings out of this list like new floor mats and stuff. (not important)

    Now some pictures!

    * How I bought the car:

    * This is how the car is right now:

    I use the car quite often on the track, these are my 15" Junior wheels with Yokohama semi-slicks.

    And not to forget,
    If sparks don't fly, your car is to high!
    :

    (we got alot of speedbumps in NL!)

    And last but not least! A video I made of me and my car on the race track of Zandvoort(NL):
    Special: Alfa Romeo 145 op Circuit!

    Well.. this is my introduction, I'm always open to questions.

      Thanks,

      that was my first intention to buy this car. Instead of most of the young people here in The Netherlands to buy a Golf or BMW.

      I wanted something different, something with style/class but also good handling. So I came up with this Italian hatch.

          Nah I keep the Zender wheels. Maybe I'll put some spacers on them.

          These wheels are Limited Edition wheels wich came with the Limitea500 model wich is sold only in Germany. So they're special and I really like them.

          Luckaly these wheels flush alot more than the 15" Junior wheels.

          besides, I don't think I can flush the wheels even more, otherwise they will scrape in the fenders and I don't want to roll out the fenders wider. And there are alot, and I mean ALOT of speed bumps here in Western Netherlands so it would kill my fenders/tires!
          (already got many scrapes on the side of the tires)

                  Hahah no that's not what I meant, but most of the VW's and BMW's here in The Netherlands are not as cool as most of the cars of the members of Stance.

                  With Audi A8 wheels 19", lexus lights, 4 muffler tips, weird paintings and more.

                  But like I said, most of the german cars here on this forum are unique, styled with creativity but not crazy with Lamborghini doors, weird paintings and ten thousands of watts of in car audio.

                  BTW, I was wondering.. Are there more Alfa Romeo/Fiat stance members here? Some friends of mine got Alfa's(75's) and we do photoshoots alot! I'll post some new ones soon.

                      I use the car quite often on the racing track so the camber is very usefull!
                      (steers way better!)

                      ... and it looks cool

                      And about "Tjoening", you're exactly right! That's a word what you'll hear alot around the dutch scene. :P

                      It gives me an awesome feeling when I kick their asses with my 1.4(110hp-1110kg) on the streets, expecially the corners!
