I'm Jamie, just got outta university and am an unemployed bum with a piece of shit car which I can no longer drive due to lack of moneys.

Took it in to have outer sills replaced, but it turned out the inner sills were rotten, so it ended up having a full body off underside resto - Powder coated pans, new heater channels, and is soon to have new outer sills - at which point it'll be MOT'd and then I'll clean it all up, T-Cut it, and wax it so that it looks as good as it did before I took it off the road. Unfortunately it wasn't me that slammed this Ghia, so I can't take any of the credit for how good it looked - and once the resto is done, it'll look exactly like it did when I bought it - except for underneath where it'll be shiney where it was once just surface rust and oily.

Thanks, well I've been saying 2 weeks for the past 2 months - but started some unpaid work experience this week, so I'm not getting much time to go spanner on it - so, god knows really. When I get a job, I'll be able to pay the welder who is doing 80% of the work on it, and I'll be able to insure it again - so, it doesn't look like it'll be any time soon with the number of rejections I'm getting. Hopefully by the end of October though.
