  • n00b from toronto in a ford flex

hey all, long time lurker, first time poster.
    drive an '09 ford flex.
i am nowhere close to having a crazy stance on it, but i am working on it.
so far i've been through 2 sets of springs, now a custom coilover setup and over the winter i'll be bagging it. currently getting measurements from my coilover supplier to order my bags from universal air. once i get them, i'll start putting together a kit.
the rides on this site are top notch. since getting the flex i haven't been able to find a forum i can call home. the flex board are all filled with closed minded people who ask questions like 'why do you want to lower your flex?'
hope i can eventually fit in and claim the stanceworks lifestyle! hope you guys will keep me around.

here are a few pics of the flex through it's life so far.

the trunk (temporary until i get my air setup)

Welcome man! these cars have real potential I think!
Just go really wide on your wheels and way lower, should look sick!
A mild VIP style would really suit these.

1, you havent posted here much so that explains your confusion. 2, people come here to get ideas to stance their vehicles.

            ------------
I've seen a few of these VIP'd out and they look badass. The have good lines and the square body is suited to slamming

                  thanks!!! finally some positive criticism.
here is a flex running the airrunner kit.
my setup will run a little lower than this.

Nice ride man. I was also wanting to see one of these slammed/stanced. The only thing I would change is the wheels.

^^Agreed! Maybe something smaller with concave and brighter! Big fan of these and I'm pretty stoked to see where you take it! Also do like those lights..
