A quick hello from western NY. I have been following this site for some time and really like the premise. I have had a 1995 325i for about 3 years and have had a few things done, including a suspension overhaul. But I did not go very low due to our winters (as this has been my daily driver).
However, that will change soon. I just got a 2001 740iL as my DD and will have some time to work on my E36. Right now, I am painting the gray bumpers to match the rest of the car. I currently have a few mods, though mostly a new suspension, M3 cat back and TMS chip... Now that I have a different DD, I can lower the E36 down a bit more. I also have a set of 17" DS2 M3 wheels to put on. I will post my progress..
On the E38, my plan is to overhaul the front suspension, it looks like it needs it anyway. Lower it a bit (not sure with what as yet, any suggestions). I am working on getting a set of Style 5 wheels from a fellow Bimmerfest'er. It should look great..
