Okay.. So not really the Land of OZ.. But Kansas is close enough right?
My name is Eric, and ever since I bought my E36 a few years ago, I've been an absolute euro car NUT. Of course I'm a bit partial to BMW's, but I have no problem drooling over any sick car
Enough talking, onto the stuff this forum is about. I've just recently came into the "stance" scene, and will be going all out on my E36 shortly. The motor finally gave out on it a few months ago, and I picked up an E30 as a DD while I collect parts to get it back on the road, the RIGHT way
I have a few pictures of the E36, but be warned.. There is an extreme lack of stance, and a set of balloons on the wheels! I'll also throw up a few of the E30, it's just the DD for now, so it's not going TOO low, but it does have some coil conversions on it I picked up off a buddy, and KYB shocks. Recently added 20mm spacers up front, and 25mm out back. The rest of my time has been spent making sure the car will be reliable, and getting that nasty tan interior out. Well, onto the pictures!!
E36:

E30 w/ spacers:

Interior (seats have been recovered at some point):

Specs on the E36:
1993 325is
Bilsteins and H&R's
ESS Powerdyne at 8lbs
Snow Stg. 1
E30:
1986 325e
Euro front bumper w/ shaved sidemarkers
DINAN chip
20/25 mm spacers
KYB's & coil conversions
Full black interior swap
Partial shadowline (only did the rain gutter, but I have the rest of the OEM kit)
Quick question before I go.. On the coil conversions on the E30.. What would I be able to do to get it lower? I'm not even going to consider cutting the springs, but I didn't know if the adjusters needed to be in there since they're all the way down? I want that car as low as possible
(I'll get a pic up of the adjusters soon for reference. Not sure on the brand as they were a buddies.)
That's all, hope you enjoyed my intro!
EDIT: I think I answered my own question about the adjusters.. I think I'm going to leave them the way they are. The springs are 5" springs, so I don't know if I have options to get shorter springs too? I'm thinking I shouldn't take out that bottom portion, but one of my buddies said it would be fine (what would be on the left side of this picture)? What say you, StanceWorks? Pic for reference:
