Hi all, Came over here after being prodded by so many people....Figured what the hell.

I have a 1983 VW scirocco Wolfsburg that i am currently working on, I was hoping to have it ready in time for SOWO, but Not having much cash has inhibited it's progress.

She recently blew her headgasket and i decided to go ahead with an eninge swap, so i got ahold of a naked PG from a corrado and have slowly been piecing it together.

Tracking down the g60 to go on it has been a bit frustrating, as i don't want to keep dumping funds into it every 60K for a charger rebuild, so I looked back to my hot rodder days and sourced an eaton M90 from a buick engine. This car, when it's done, Will be amazing.....I hope.

Currently riding 4x4 style(Plan to not lower it to much, i live out in the boonies of manchester,tn) May lower it a few inches on a cup kit, and i have a nice set of BBS 15' RAs on it, so the only thing keeping it in limbo is my lack of a steady paying job.

It wasn't an interference motor from the factory.....but it prolly is now :P

(you would have seen it at IA ATL the other weekend), yes, it is fugly as sin, but i went from Manchester,TN to atlanta and back on 3/4 of a tank of gas.

NOW i can finally go buy the correct center cap :P

Sadly though, it isn't a 6 speed, wish it was, but those didn't come in the 94 model, only the 95 iirc.
The lil ZF runs wonderfully though, rebuilt the valve body over a weekend and she has been running great. Gets some pretty rad gas mileage as well.....My scirocco though.....yeah, it doesn't get good mileage, nor will it ever after i finish the build :P
