Hey guys,
I've been on the forum for a couple months now, mainly reading topics of all your incredible cars, and offcourse contributing to my own photoshop-topic.
All that time I've never had my own car... but now, after a long search of allmost a year, I've finally bought my own car!
It's an 1980 BMW 316 E21, and to be honest I'm completely in love with the thing right now:P
on to the pics:
It was originally white, but has been resprayed Lapisblau sometime in it's life... although this wasn't exactly done perfect, I really do like the colour, I think it's a great match for the E21's looks.
Current mods include cleaning the whole fuckin thing(it was horribly dirty), spraying the front lip black(was really ugly), spraying the lower sides black(had some welding work done), a new front badge and kidneys, and (installed by one of many previous owners) lowering springs, which don't make it a whole lot lower LOL.
Future plans are first off all getting all the technical shit in order, then go lower and wider, and after that (maybe and hopefully) an engine and gearbox swap as the current 93 raging ponies and short 4 box don't exactly make me dorifto kingu, and it ain't exactly wangan king either...
