I'm not at all new to the car scene. Been lurking around the site for awhile. Really like everything I see.

I'm 18 years old, I live in the US. Kansas City, Missouri. My name is Kelly, and before anyone messes this up.. I am a guy.

My first car was a 1995 Pontiac Firebird. Originally a V6 auto, did a V8 swap. Can give more details if anyone is really that interested, but I don't want to waste time if no one is.

Got tired of dumping money into that boat of a car, so I bought a 1991 Honda Civic hatch. D15B1 4 speed. It's nothing fancy. It has 68k original miles on it, and it was extremely clean, but I drove it through a small tree a couple months ago.. so I've been slowly rebuilding it since.

Eventually it's going to be resprayed, and I was thinking that I was going to murder it out, but I'm starting to think that maybe I'd like to try making it "flush"...

Not sure what exactly I'd do, and I haven't seen any other ones on here.. so I'm open to suggestions.

I suppose I'll throw some pictures up here..

      Firebird:

When I first got it. 186k miles.

Dirty and weak 3.4L V6. Not near enough power for the weight of the car.

      Motor swap. 5.7L V8. LT1

One of the last pictures I have of her.

That car had so many problems, and I spent hundred of hours working on it, and it really sparked my interest in cars, to the point that next semester I will begin my 4 year study in Automotive Technology Management.

      Civic:

Day after I brought it home.

I don't have many pictures of this car before the incident, as I have only owned it for a short time.

Here is a video that someone made from a cruise a couple buddies and I organized back in November. All footage is shot from in my car. There are some pictures of the car after some serious cleaning.

      After the tree.

      Another

Got everything torn down. Almost done "fixing" it.
