    Alright Chaps,

Work at a race circuit in the South west of the UK, help organise alot of events. The Dub/Euro/Drift scene is really hitting hard over here at the moment and thought ide sign myself up to what seems to be the best Site for appreciation of good motors.

Im 21, loves, kiting, cars and video production. Do see alot of what you guys do on here as "Art" so keep it all up guys.
Have recently just split away from a awesome e46 BMW touring and now running a B6 Passat. Have had mk2 golfs, loads of vauxhalls and a e30 bmw 318is in the past.

Ashamed to say the B6 is stock... could do with some inspiration as only just got it.. links anyone?

    Chars

It was a 2003 330d Touring, black. Lovely car sad to see it go. Bit of a monster was pushing over 540nm of torque! loved it.

Here are some pictures. Pretty stock mind, just some subtle Tints, black grills etc. The car I had before was a mk2 golf that was even better with a £300 budget i got it looking like this.

            Golf mk2
running on e30 m3 wheels bought for £60

Cheers for the comment on the Golf, Not bad for 6 ton all in huh :P

Yeh car rig, its actually my mate who took them. Hes a self taught photographer -

The Rig is actually home made no more than about £40 spent on it i think. Couple of tile suckers and some aluminium tubes. Made some brackets up and fixed a top of a camera mount to it. Boom you have your rig. Saves you a few ton at least.

I think hes making it abit stronger over the next few weeks as would like to generate some other shots further away from the vehicle.

Heres how it is at the moment.

Ah looks the same as my old one. I was looking at binning the suction cups in favor of magnets under the car, but now I don't have the clearance under the car to do this lol

Magnets? never heard of that done before, where would you get that from? Could you not use clamps or something if your going to be doing under the car?

Without the £3000000 price tag, paid £11 for 3 Magnets on ebay that are rated to something like 20kg down force pull each, so 5kg camera on end of pole = 10kg-ish, work out the length of pole, work out the overall force downwards, I did do the sums, and the maths said that 60kg of force holding it would be stronger, and easier to chop than removing the suction cups.
