    Just saying hello

My name's Nate and I'm in good ole Cincinnati, Ohio. I just picked up some wide body AMG SL500 rims and looking to throw them on my MKV GTi.

Figured I would start here in my research and to get an idea of what kind of stretch and set up I am going to need to run. Im going to attempt to run this:

    18" - 8.5 et25 front
    18" - 9.5 et23 rear

Problem is my recommended offset is et35-et45 so truth be told, I am looking at some serious poke.

Any suggestions and advince is welcomed and appriciated!!

    Thanks,

    Nate

well i know i dont drive a dub but my recomended offset is +35 - +38ET for a W202 C- Class and im runnin +8ET right now. just space em out. I run a 215 35 on a 8.5 and a 215 40 18 on a 9.5 OEM mercedes CLS500 wheels and have pulled / rolled my fenders might go to a 205 35 18 up front next but they are sorta pricey . LOL
