new to register but not the site....somw help needed

First off hello from CT ...I recently bought a 99 528i...its on 19 e46 m3s (fronts r 19x8, dears r 19x9.5..current running 275 35 19 ..andd front 245 35 19..) its not lowered Nd clearly by the numbers above .not flush at all ...I want to lower but still maintain the awesome BMW ride that I have ...any info
