              Interesting. I'm a book worm and a meat head haha I read two books today. Both were like 230 pages. I can also write a 5 page paper in 20 minutes and get an A on it haha

Then lean ground turkey, brown rice and broccoli for lunch. A danon light and fit for a snack. Then grilled chicken, brown rice and broccoli for dinner. And an apple before bed. Protein shake thrown in there somewhere.

                            tuna snack kit
                            apple

                            lunch:
                            sandwich with turkey, skim cheese, low fat mayo, wheat bread
                            prunes
                            veggies (peas, broccoli, etc)

                            pre workout:
                            cliff protein bar

                            post workout:
                            protein shake

                            dinner:
                            Lean chicken
                            veggies

                            final snack:
                            100 calorie low sodium popcorn

                              • Yea I'm really trying to cut up. I wanna get down to 195lb. Which should be about 10-12% bodyfat for me.
