Hey guys, my name is Jeremy and I'm from Pittsburgh. I recently traded in my Scion FR-S for this F30 328i in Melbourne Red. I've been looking into getting a "euro" car and I found this right in my price range and I fell in love with the Melbourne Red color (thanks @philohlean).

I'm not planning on doing anything crazy with this car, I just want a smooth driving, clean daily. Mods that I'm currently considering are:
    - black grilles
    - jb4
    - h&r sport springs
    - wheels (most likely apex ec-7's)
    - black trunk lip spoiler

I've had the car for about two weeks and I love it so far. Compared to the FR-S I used to have this car has gobs of torque all over the RPM band (and the ride is quite a bit better too). It used to be a rental car so it got most of its miles pretty quickly. On a visual quick inspection there are some flaws in the paint, but nothing out of the ordinary for normal driving and use. Nothing is really noticeable if you're any further than two feet away. Overall I'm excited to see the path (and amount of spent money) that this car will lead to.

Some initial photos (the euro plate is covering the front plate holes as this car was from the Peoples Republic of Maryland):

I got new gloss black kidney grills to replace the shiny chrome ones that came stock:

Car looks great man, but you know how I feel about it already.

Can't wait to see it all done up. Now help me convince Devin to buy an e30

Thanks, it should start looking a lot better pretty quickly.

Here are the new grilles installed, much better than stock.
