rattle can works if you take your time

just watch out for brake dust staining your paint

the issue with rattle can isn't making it look good, it's the durability of uncatalized clear. good luck on the long term.

i think 5 coats of paint and 4 coats of clear should hold up for quiet a while

Looks good Mike. I like the gold/bronze color better than the gun metal. I bought a powder coating kit so I'm looking for stuff to use it on. Let me know if you have anything you need coated

gold on green is whats up!! Only problem i had with my wheels painted with rattle can is the brake dust sticking to the paint and not coming off unless you take the paint with it..goodluck with yours though!

i plan on rattle canning my wheels here soon. sandblasting tomorrow and then paint, but im going to use actual car clearcoat, with the hardener you have to mix in, its a bit pricy, 30 for the clear and 20 for the hardener, but i think in the long run ill be much happier i spent that.
