Default An other low mileage Audi for #MrBenz - Audi 100LS 1976

Earlier this year I picked up my Audi A4 B5 (http://www.stanceworks.com/forums/sh....php?p=1476430) with only 39 000 miles thinking it would be my only project for a while...well fuck. Couldn't resist when I found this baby with only 60 500 miles. Picked it up for almost nothing. I have all the owners manuals, OEM audi tools, etc... I might be selling my 450 SLC 1977 soon so this will probably become my main project.

It needs some love but nothing major. Mostly the floors on the driver's side.

Well my SLC is worth good money because of it's condition and mileage but since I paid way less my Audi, I'd rather have some extra money to make a bigger build. The SLC has 95 XXX miles, selling it for 5500 USD even tho it's been appraised at over 8500 USD.

    haha will do!

I started to take a closer look at the floors... front are completely destroyed. Problem is that I can't find floor pans for the car. What should I do? Use some from an other car? It's my first time doing a resto on a car so I want to do it right. I will be welding it myself too, after some pratice of course!

Pattern match them, then cut and weld together until you have what resembles an oem floor.

Watch Wheeler Dealers, they usually do that shit when they get a rustbucket and make everything themselves.

UPDATE! So I stripped pretty much the entire car where there's rust to repair...oh man. Previous owner patched everything...mutiple times. Althought it is a big job, it's nothing major so I'm quite happy about it and I'll start working on it soon. Sorry for the quality of the pictures, lighting is bad in the garage. I'll try to take more pictures when I get some time.

    Both sides are like that.

I did work on a side project that you guys might like which is called The Oldschoolers. We decide to bring all our talents and passions together to create a little business in which we are going to buy/sell rare wheels, restore old cars and turn car parts into furniture. This is pretty much going to fund our side projects like this one but also give us the opportunity to work on stuff we like.

It's very very hard. That's the big cons about this car sadly.
