Paddle shifters for aftermarket wheels?

Has anyone come across any universal paddle shifters to work with aftermarket wheels? I'm familiar with the Works Bell and Shrifter units but this isn't for a race car, just my daily (in sig). I don't need some high-performance unit, just something to retain the use of my factory shifters, which are essentially just paddle-shaped buttons on the back of the stock wheel.

If factory is just paddles with momentary pushbuttons, you could kustom make a set I'd think...
