Why would you not pursue filing a claim for the valve stem he didn't ship you? That's kind of like getting kicked in the balls by a stranger then handing them some cash.

I bought a few replacement bolts for my SSR Sp1's a while back and got them within a week... never had a porblem.

fyi ssr sp1's use standard 40 hole parts, just rebuilt a set and got them super cheap
