Hi SW, im Zubair. A 22 year old Marketing student from Cape Town, South Africa.
So I've been lurking on this forum for a while now and decided was time to introduce myself properly. Previously I've had a Toyota Yaris, which was sadly written off, then an '06 Cooper S, that gave endless problems.
Currently I drive a 2010 Polo 6r, there's so much that I want to do to this car but being a student, theres like minimal budget. At the moment it's just some cheapish coilies and 17's.
Oh and I have a little track toy too. a fully track prepped 1998 VW Polo Classic running an ABF 16V with itb's.
So first up the Yaris in early 2011
Then again in September 2011
Then the Mini the day i got it
Some wheels, but no low
Then came the Polo end of 2012, the wheels and springs were fitted by my dad because "It looked boring stock."
Still needed more low.
Then came a set of coils, extended rear fin and some tinted tails.
Then I decided i needed a change and had these OEM GTI 17's laying around so decided to fit them.
This my track car, the cars been storage this year tho. Its my final year at Uni so I put racing on hold for the time being.
