Help needed! Removing spiring perch and or locking ring to go lower

    You can pull the perches, no problem. I'm currently running no perches in the rear on my setup. One thing to look for - If the shock rebounds far enough to let the arm droop when the car is in the air though, the spring will fall out. This happened regularly on my old E36 318ti. Just make sure to seat the spring before you take it off the lift and you'll be money.

      Thanks bro! But does only running the spring without the adjuster cause premature wear and stress on the shocks?

        Not so you'd notice. The shock is alread designed for a shortened spring...you'll lose some stroke which will compromise ride but it's a decent trade-off.
