      That is a lot of stuff that really is not all that great.

      I used to work out 5 or 6 times a week and then slacked off. I am back in the gym now again 5 or 6 times a week.

      Change your diet, get what the body needs to grow muscle and stay healthy. Skip all the 'get swoll on ripped fuel' stuff. My 'routine'? Big glass of milk with breakfast. Lunch I grab something with some good protein and a big glass of V8 Infusion. Dinner, good protein and some carbs. Digest and hit gym ~10 or 11 at night.

      You can bulk up doing this kind of 'routine' and bulk up. No you won't get swoll and build up as fast but it will be more permanent. If you jack up on creatine, whey protein and go to the gym. It will grow and will be pretty noticeable pretty quick. However if you stop, it is going to drop off FAST.

            Awesome story

            I need to hit the gym again, but never do. It's so damn far away from my house so I'll just wait until going back to school. There's a weight room in the apartment complex that nobody else uses.

            As for supplements I've used NOexplode and this other stuff that's a creatine substitute. Can't remember what it's called but the pills are blue and smell like rotten eggs.

              Lol, here is a shot I took about a year ago. At the time I rounded up all the supplements I had tried since working at GNC. I think that list has to be at least doubled by now. Most of them were samples or whatever, I rarely take a supp for an extended period, except for protein. I always have protein.

                Ever used MSM? If so would you say it or fish oil worked better?

                Also have you even taken ZMA's? Did you do any down cycle?

                  plethora of vitamins, fish oil, whey protein in the morning and muscle milk after lifting (caseins woo), glutamine, creatine

                  after going without both glutamine and creatine for a week, going on glutamine for a week, and then going on both the following week, the glutamine basically does nothing for me, but i still mix it daily

                    Yeah I just started a MMA fight academy, love it learning a great fighting style as well as some good cross-training. I was told to get some supplements I have a list I post it up and see what you guys think.

                      MSM and fish oil are both good for your joints. MSM will give you a more noticeable benefit, unless you take a large dose of fish oil.

                      Never tried ZMA. I don't really buy into that. It's just minerals. Not to say it doesn't work, I just haven't ever tried, and the hype behind it definitely died off.

                        Yea my joints are REALLY bad, so I went straight to MSM, just wanted to hear a comparison. As for the ZMA's, I've seen good gains from it, I'm runnin a 2-3 month cycle and a 3 week down cycle.

                          If they are that bad, there's better things than just MSM. Try glucosamine chondroitin. Or try glucosamine chondroitin with MSM. GNC has a product called triflex. Doesn't matter to me if you buy from GNC, I just know that's what we have. If you find something comparable, go with it. That will be tons better than just MSM though. And adding fish oil wont hurt on top of the MSM or glucosamine chondroitin.
