E36 rear adjustable control arms?

Looking for input regarding which ones have the most adjustment?

I have seen Megan Racing ones used which gave large adjustment but those are currently backordered...

Anyone have experience with SPC? Want to be able to could adjust anywhere from stock to -9 if wanted
