      Gearing
Ok, im trying to get my head back into 'gamezone' to work alot and fast, not meaning i will just throw parts on and that its. but i've been slacking big time. but now here's something ive got started and hopefully finish soon.

Gearshift parts was mostly oem from E46 330d and E60 540i but here something i had to make my self:

Bit of cleaning todo and such before ready but with these parts i can manage to weld the cardan tunnel back togather. and thats one big step. next one is the rear swaybar that i had to move 4cm up from stock position so i needed to make more room and modify the floow from trunk. more of that in future.

Today is the day i get photos out off the proper camera so ill just link all the photos i uploaded. some are the same stuff before but in better quality. i broke my work light so some photos are quite dark because of that.

                  How it sits in garage:

                  Cleanded interrior:

New front bumper (Air condition model):

                  Rear swaybar modification photos:

                  Welded in:

Place for swaybar, i bet this will support the swaybar just fine

Thats pretty much my last week, next up, front modifications to fit intercooler + radiator + fan and such, will take week or two before that happens but..

oh yea sneaky peak of my upcoming exhaust manifold:

                      Good news, bad news.

Good: I got the manifold, it looks apart, it fits to my engine, turbo fits under the hood.

Bad: I need to make my engine mount again(will not fit with the manifold), i need to make more room for exhaust (will not fit with the manifold), i need to plan new downpipe for exhaust(...)

So heres the photos, i had idea to bring camera with me to garage today to take better pics, but i forgot. So now you much suffer for horrible picture quality.
                      Manifold in + turbo attached.

how the manifold seems from front:

                      hood clearance:

planning for exhaust, not going to be like this as i need to modify enginebay more from left side to make room for downpipe.

Heres look on the spot that need modifications:

                      Plan for new engine mount:

And the newly planned engine mount in place, im pretty sure im going to make 1 more modification and that is extra support on top of the engine mount.(not 100% sure yet)

Next up, some more small modifications, couple places need welding and such. the manifold changed things abit. and on next week i think i get my radiator + intercooler stuffs + cardan stuffs. mr postman is so slow.. but anyways its moving forward, also im going to order Painless performance electriacal kit on next week (3weeks delivery time) so i have 3 weeks to make sure everything fits like it should and go for paintbooth(well hopefully at least? )

                        So todays agenda:
                        Hat off.

                        Pic of the enginemount:

                        Some playing with marker:

Cutting & grinding, hat back on and test fit:

So the custom ordered "bolt-on" manifold is now almost compatible with my W201! (how nice?)

                              Enginebay modification done.

Its not perfect, but its good as it needs to be before the painting. also some heat shield going to be added(gold tape) when its time for it. anyways thats what ive got done for now.
