Yes they are CCWs but essentially they are just blank faces with lug pattern cut into them. OR the profiles could have been machined as well to create the exact form the customer wanted. All I know is the set is non-staggered, 17x9 offset around +30 and 5x114.3... The seller says there's no info stamped on them and he wonders if they are Monza (Japanese brand) but I've searched and can't find any Monza wheel that looks like that at all.
