Sorry to bump an old thread, but don't suppose you can remember whether the 9.5x18" Cosmis cleared your performance calliper set up without the need for the 20mm spacer? I'm guessing probably not?

    Thanks

new rear bumper will definitely tie this thing together. Normally not a face lift coupe kind of guy but this looks rad. Keep it up!

    some updates

M3 bumper is prepared, modified (sides cut, feed nuts attached) and ready for foiling.

However, I am not satisfied with the diffuser, the fitment is like shit, the upper clips don't really hold up either, well you have to say that it "only" cost 200 euros at the time because of clearance, well, I've now ordered one from Burkhart, they should be great.

Oh and I also need M3 wheel arch liners, I noticed that the bar is a lot lower than the M-Tech2, I want it to look neat and not half open.

today we went a little further

-brand new oem black M3 CSL roof rails from Leebmann arrived today if you are wondering what the difference to the normal ones are, these ones have no flaps/openings for the luggage rack

-I was at my good friend Lerch Performance today and had my Federal Semis mounted on the freshly powdered CosmisRacing rims

btw the Compact is a small miracle of space, I've always said

-Rear M3 wheel arch liners installed, I need them because I've now converted to an M3 rear and the old ones didn't go as wide and especially as deep as needed, of course you could have put a piece of plastic in there, but wanted a clean solution

-Annual cure for my air suspension bellows, so that they stay nice and supple

    -put the Rims back on

-CSL bumpers removed at the front to peel off the remaining foil, although I'm not sure what I'm doing with the front, which is now completely "destroyed" and has had to go through a lot in the almost 10 years since I've been driving it, as you can easily see can recognize

maybe I will replace it with a new one

done a bit today, otherwise I'm currently in negotiations with the wrap manufacturer

    -Clips for sidebumpers renewed

-freshly powdered connecting plates including new screws installed

-started to work on the rear wheel houses but need to cut some more away when the rear fenders finally installed

-dismantled the front holder for the bumper, I want to paint it black

today my new M3 CSL front bumper arrived.

just "pimped" it with an original CSL grid for the intake hole.

The front will be cleaned and re-equipped with Werk2 magnets for the license plate.

Furthermore, I also have to shorten/cut the sides again and attach retraction nuts for the front fenders

Bumper adjusted / cutted and test mounted, sits, fits and has air

when the remaining new parts come (bars under headlights and new hood locks) it can be assembled to then determine the points of the draw-in nuts for the front lower fenders.

I'm currently replanning my airlift control, tank etc. because my spare wheel well will give way

everything is still provisional, I make a nice plate again where everything sits on it
