Offset

what is the offset on the grey mk5? And what offset should i get for a staggered set on a mk6 with stock suspension?

I think that mk5 is running 18x8.5 et30 and 18x9.5 et30. On a stock suspension I would say tg e 18x8.5 et45 all around would be best. I coukd do a package with wheels and ST coils.
