Here we go, wheel pictures.

Driver's side. As you can see, the lip of the guard was actually lined with bog, therefore when rolling the guards we cracked it off. Wonderful!


Passenger's side. Same on this side too, there was bog lining the guard's lip and when we rolled it, cracks formed.


Never heard of someone having to roll their guards to fit wheels, but we did. We also had to modify the brake hose bracket to make sure it didn't cut up the tire.
But, we have full lock both sides without any rubbing until it hits the sway bar.

Cannot just yet, the rear wheels aren't on and she looks very incomplete at the moment.
I guess I could grab one in the morning quickly.

If I could get down lower I would, but I'd need smaller tires with a lot of stretch so that my guards didn't rub at the front. I already have rubbing when turning, so I get the nice smell of burnt rubber every now and then.

Once the rear is lowered a tiny bit to get the front and rear even, I'll measure up for some spacers and we'll get the wheels poking out a little bit.

Rear wheels are going on tonight. Will post photos as soon as they are done.

Hopefully will get everything fitting nicely, have to modify some stuff but should get them within the guards. Then measure up for some spacers for the front and rear.

Rears cleared everything fine.
No need to trim anything, or even flip the spring plate bolts around.

Brakes will definitely be getting some upgraded calipers in the coming weeks.
Now focusing on the other body and building up an engine.

Going out with mates tonight for a car wash session, will hopefully get some sweet photos tonight and will upload them.
In all honesty, I think the rear needs to come down a bit to match the front. I like where the front sits (albeit causing a bit of scraping), but I like it quite a bit.

16x7j +30ET in a 5x114.3 PCD wrapped in Achillies 205/45/16's.

Pretty much man, out the front of my house and some dick head decided to jump on her.
Have photos of the foot prints from whoever the heavy arsehole was...

damnit, people suck. I had a similar thing happen to an old civic of mine which I had just repainted. It actually got stolen and then parked in a party neighborhood and some drunk idiot walked on it and dented the hood pretty badly. Oh well, at least I got the car back. Nice progress!

I (knocking on wood like crazy right now) have been lucky enough to avoid such misfortune so far, but if this ever happened to me, there would be murder. Why people would destroy a stranger's pride and joy is beyond me, and that kind of person just doesn't deserve to live. Plain and simple.

Got quite a bit done today as well.
Got what was needed for the dash, just need some expandable foam and a lot of hours.
Pulled apart my previous crank case, in very good condition. Just need to tunnel bore it and then bore out to necessary size for upgraded pistons.

All in due time.

But you should repaint the front bumper or go bumperless...
