this forum seems to be a bit more about stance than speed (it isnt called speedworks! ), but there must be some decent engine bays on here, if the money spent on wheels and stance on most cars is anything to go by.

    so lets see them!

heres mine to start (its a work in progress...)

          hey Candlestickpark,
very nice enginebay! that front alloy part on the motor must've been an absolute nightmare to polish! fair bit of time with the dremel i imagine? are you gonna eventually polish the cam covers, rather than leave them blue? they look ok, but imo would look better either polished or another colour, as theres four different shades of blue with those there.

Thanks man! The timing cover was swapped out for a polished one (not very easy to do) so I didn't have to polish it while it was on the car. The valve covers were painted to match the silicone hoses and they came out a shade lighter; they are plastic, so you can't polish them. Color of my car is Lakeshore Slate, the same color blue as the painted battery covers on either side. The body color in the engine bay near the shock towers happens to be a very dark shade of Lakeshore Slate. Eventually I'd like to paint the radiator core support (black portion in the front) and rest of the bay Lakeshore Slate so everything is one continuous color, but that will set me back quite a bit, haha.

rebuilding another m10 motor with a few extra goodies, waiting for parts to come is the killer
