The BBSs are interesting but it's hard for me to see them matching the era of the car
astro-surpremes and thin whitewalls all the way

you know you wanna look as cool as that guy

        or maybe 15" wire wheels?

It look, as if to me, the carpet isnt fully blackened; especially around the footing area on the driver side. Idk imo it looks unfinished and i wanted to see if you was going to make it darker?

LOVE that pic. That guy is doing it! And I know that some white walls would look good but not quite what I'm going for... Some wire wheels are definitely not what I want. A little mexi...

Tried out a set of 15" Enkei 3 piece style 98's a friend had. Still undecided on the mesh style wheels or not but probably going to go with at least a 16" maybe a 17" set up. In the last pic you can see some camber and this isnt really lowered nearly as much as it will be on bags...

I think a nice old school five spoke or stealies with a smooth hub cap would really fit the style of the car, I know airkewld makes a nice 17 for beetles that would fit the style. I'm hopeing it turns out as good as your Volvo.

I think you're definitely on the right track with a set of meshes of some sort but definitely at least 16's.

Looking forward to seeing where this goes.

Love that style of wheel, but definitely do at least 16-17", the 15"s look too tiny! Can't wait to see more, I loved your Amazon, so I'm sure this will be just as cool as the old Volvo!

I think mesh wheels would look great on this car. I personally think a 16" would probably look best. Good luck with the build, I absolutely loved your Volvo, so I'll stay tuned on this build. Subscribed
