      hmm . . convertible? . . something I didn't think of . .

nah . . but during winter I'm driving my AWD E34 . . let it handle all the salt and snow we're expecting in Swiss-winters . . .

gives us a few months to stay inside the workshop to prepare for summer . .

Nice car! If you happen to need to take the intake plenum off for any maintenance or something, make sure you snap a photo of the air horn configuration that lives inside of it. It's a pretty awesome sight from an engineering point of view.

sadly . . still no "stance" . . but some other changes happend . .

first, the exhaust had to be "slightly" modified to fit the new bumper . .

                      then some very un-M'ish facelift-parts (mirrors, bumpers, moldings, orange side markers . ) found their way onto my little E39 . . (just in case you're wondering . . the "520i" badge stands for a whooping 170hp . .) . . .

                      Oh, by the way . . I'm not kidding . . it's not just another car . . it's the same M5 . . including a healthy S62 . .

an then because I'm a sucker for basketweave/crosspokes-rims . . a set of Styling 42 in 18inch replaced the "suspicious" M5 wheels . . I think they go nicely with the facelift look . . Styling 5 looked too old on there . .

well, that's all for now . . but I hope my coilovers will arrive in a few days . .
