Line Output Converter Help!!!

Hey guys,
So for my DD I have an 04 Durango, and I have a subs and amp laying around so I wanted to hook them up to my stock head unit. I've been looking around and I discovered that you can do this through a line output converter, however I've never installed one of these. So here is the big question..........What the hell do I do??? Haha

the LOC gets the full range signal from the speaker outputs and coverts them to a low level signal, which is required on the amp RCA inputs. if the amp has high level inputs, you can just feed the speaker signal wires directly to those inputs.
