Offroad truck guys pressurize their frames. Not sure if they run 150 PSI though.

"MUST use extremely THICK steel" How thick are you talking ?
The welds will be quality tig welds, and deff getting a pressure test.

I can only run 150psi max why is this,
Im still very new to air, will my compressors turn off at 150 psi ?

Thanks AccuMike im starting on it this weekend !!
You can run different pressure pressure switches that cut off at 145psi, 175psi, 200psi. The pressure switch basically tells your compressors when to shut off so if you run the 145psi switch your tank won't go over 150psi.

"pressure switches that cut off at 145psi" True I should of guessed that...

              That trucks just insane

Well I got my last tank. It's about 100mm to long to fit up against the back seats.
              Will cut it to fit.

Now its time to just play around and come up with ideas.
The Spare wheels gone & I have a shit load of room under there.
I could hide almost everything in there if need be.

Also need room for my 12inch Earthquake sub this is a must !

Tanks look awesome. Also remind me somewhat of tetris.

                      I like em dropped.

Getting on to that this week.

Im thinking about powdercoating the tanks white ?
Not feeling the raw steel look atm.
