  • Exotic's, widebody, choptop fiero

Hi Exotic SE here and this is my project.

The patient, a 1985 Pontiac fiero SE.

The car started out as a stock automatic notchback SE with the V-6 in the back.

Since it has been totally transformed while still remaining true to the fiero DNA and style.

Hang tight pics on the way !

first up was the chop, 3" inches taken off the top and the windshield laid back to create a more aggressive and exotic look.
Stance lowered and Seat rails were also lowered to add more headroom.

From there the car was converted to the more modern GT fastback body style.

Once that was done it was time for another exotic touch.

To continue the improved body styling a custom widebody kit was rounded up.

What the car will look like once installed (this is a friend's choptop widebody fiero)

While the bodywork was on hold, i decided to upgrade from the stock V-6.

The 3800 SC should give this sled some get up and go !

Testing out some Dubs in the process.

hm this could turn out good, tho ditch those "dubs" they look like poo-poo. you should get like some wide as f*ck 17's or 18's on there, and a healthy dose of camber.

that wheel is way way too large. go like an 18 at most and drop the car. you can easily get that frame 2" lower instead of filling the entire wheel well with a massive wheel

I was very skeptical at first but this looks like it could turn out decent.

Wowow a fiero. Has potential but I have to agree with the others on the wheel choice, gotta go smaller. Good build though.

Thanks guys for the intrest and input. The wheels are not mine they belong to the shop's owner, i just had him test them out for the heck of it.

I am very picky about my wheels, and am having a heck of a time deciding on a set.

HRE has been my favorite so far, but nothing written in stone.

That is already wicked sleek looking. The finished car will be badass,

Wide 18s w/ meaty tires would be mint.

Thanks guys, but if you think mine is sick there at least a half dozen out there that would really blow your mind. If i get a chance i will post a few pics later on.

Meanwhile,...got sick of the multi-color look and hit it up with some primer.

Ordered some new exhaust tips as well

Stay tuned, the widebody work (like below) should hopefully start next week.

                              Love seeing originality.

Not my cup of tea, but who cares.
Congratulations on the hard work, keep it up, keep us posted
