Im looking to build a set of 18s w/ possibly 3" lips.

I've got enough parts to build a couple new sets of 5x130 18" or 17" three piece twists just like I have on my 993 (except narrower than the set on my car).

17" or 18", virtually any width desired.

Polished outer lips, polar silver centers and centercaps.

These wheels are very hard to come by, and they list for over four grand per set.
I can sell them for $2650 / set plus $120 shipping anywhere in the continental US.
