    Default FS: WIDE Custom 19" BBS LM 3-piece

    02/16/2021: DEPOSIT RECEIVED, SALE PENDING

    Selling my custom built 3 piece 19" BBS LM wheels. Yes, that is correct, these are 3 piece. For those not familiar BBS LM's are 2 piece from factory. The work/conversion was performed by Paul Ehrlich @ ewheelworks. All four wheels started out as original LM 154.

    These were mounted on my Mercedes W212 for a brief period. Tires have a lot of life left, they are practically new. The wheels were recently polished and vigorously cleaned and haven't been driven on since.

    There are different wheel specs available other than of what they are currently constructed as. See "alternate specs" section for alternate wheel width and offset options.

    So good.

    What offsets could you do with the extra lips/barrels?

    This is for an W211 E55 application, Im thinking the fronts can go on the rear, and the 2 inch lips can go on front.

    you got me thinking of what the different possible wheel spec options are if they are disassembled and reconstructed by mixing and matching the different barrels and lips. There are (4) 8" barrels, (2) 7.5" barrels, (2) 4" lips, (2) 2.5" lips and (2) 2" lips.

    Options 1-5 below apply to reconstructing the 19x10 wheels (currently 7.5" barrels & 2.5" lips):
    1. 19x9.5 +22mm w/ 7.5" barrels & 2" lips
    Offset Calculation --> 6.25" backspace, 10.75" overall width / 2 = 5.375" - 6.25" = .875" x 25.4mm = 22.225mm ~ 22mm
    2. 19x11.5 +3mm w/ 7.5" barrels & 4" lips
    Offset Calculation --> 6.25" backspace, 12.75" overall width / 2 = 6.375" - 6.25" = .125" x 25.4mm = 3.175mm ~ 3mm
    3. 19x10.5 +22mm w/ 8" barrels & 2.5" lips
    Offset Calculation --> 6.75" backspace, 11.75" overall width / 2 = 5.875" - 6.75" = .875" x 25.4mm = 22.225mm ~ 22mm
    4. 19x10 +29mm w/ 8" barrels & 2" lips
    Offset Calculation --> 6.75" backspace, 11.25" overall width / 2 = 5.625" - 6.75" = 1.125" x 25.4mm = 28.575mm ~ 29mm
    5. 19x12 +3mm w/ 8"barrels & 4" lips
    Offset Calculation --> 6.75" backspace, 13.25" overall width / 2 = 6.625" - 6.75" = .125" x 25.4mm = 3.175mm ~ 3mm

    Options 6-10 below apply to reconstructing the 19x12 wheels (currently 8" barrels & 4" lips):
    6. 19x10.5 +41mm w/ 8" barrels & 2.5" lips
    Offset Calculation --> 7.5" backspace, 11.75" overall width / 2 = 5.875" - 7.5" = 1.625" x 25.4mm = 41.275mm ~ 41mm
    7. 19x10 +48mm w/ 8" barrels & 2" lips
    Offset Calculation --> 7.5" backspace, 11.25" overall width / 2 = 5.625" - 7.5" = 1.875" x 25.4mm = 47.625mm ~ 48mm
    8. 19x11.5 +16mm w/ 7.5" barrels & 4" lips
    Offset Calculation --> 7" backspace, 12.75" overall width / 2 = 6.375" - 7" = .625" x 25.4mm = 15.875mm ~ 16m
    9. 19x10 +35mm w/ 7.5" barrels & 2.5" lips
    Offset Calculation --> 7" backspace, 11.25" overall width / 2 = 5.625" - 7" = 1.375" x 25.4mm = 34.925mm ~ 35mm
    10. 19x9.5 +41mm w/ 7.5" barrels & 2" lips
    Offset Calculation --> 7" backspace, 10.75" overall width / 2 = 5.375" - 7" = 1.625" x 25.4mm = 41.275mm ~ 41mm

    This is seriously awesome, not a lot of people would go to the effort of providing these calculations!
    I just want to say thank you in advance for all the people that eventually come to this post if/when they go to create a 3 piece set of LMs

    No problem! I figured doing these calcs and showing the different sizing options could be beneficial because not many people can run these wide wheels on their car as is.
