The way I see it, as long as you too discuss it and hit it outside of work, and dont bring it into the workplace, no one has to know (as long as its just a fling). That being said, both of you should be on the same plane of what you want, (you might just want a lil rip and dip, while she might be hitting you with the keep a nigga baby), make sure and I cant stress this enough, makes sure she makes some sort of move before you do because if you make a move too quick and she wasen't going for that, then that shit will just be straight up awkward.
