I will love the shit out of it, it will be a car I actually want first of all, a car that I have liked since they were released even before I knew shit about cars, they are in my price range, and its a car that not many people have really pushed the limits with.

I'm very glad that I was given to opportunity to choose a first car that I had actually wanted. Yes I have a love of S13s but at 2000+ a year for insurance? The Miata just made sense, for a guy who got his full license the day before he bought a car, $750 isn't bad for insurance. It's a car that I love the look of when done right, and I know that it's a car that I will enjoy. Light, RWD, manual, convertible for the summer days, decent power, and hella awesome once turbo'd.

If you have the option pick your car, don't let it be picked for you.

I didn't pick my current car. It kinda fell into my hands because my '99 Escort was no longer in driving condition. Oh well, I got the car for just under $6k with only 33k miles on it. I bought it off my parents which was nice. I could pay them monthly with no finance charge. That was pretty much the only reason I bought it...lol
