I want to seriously look for a house. With our budget, we can afford a little less than $350,000 very easily. I just don't know where to look because of work. It's either going to be in WV or in Tampa.

I think that, for $350k, you can buy almost the entire state of West Virginia.

I found some places with around 3 acres for less than $300k. That'd be ideal, especially for newer properties.
