I got offered that by a rep for a "doc's office" next to a dispensary on the Venice Beach boardwalk a few years back. The guy said to pick any random address, and as long as I paid $100, they'd make me a valid CA medical card.

That actually caused me concern. I mean, if it's that easy, what's the fucking point of the office visit then?
