most of the burnout cars catch fire due to fuel/heat from exhaust/tyres

tires don't just catch fire unless you add something extra.

I've seen it many times in burnouts you can see they have added something inside so when the tire bursts it spills out and gets ignited by the sparks, because when it goes up in flames you can see it is also burning on the tarmac where it spilled.
