Well, that powder-coater that I tried right around the corner from me turned out to be a bust. Valve cover does not meet my standards. Looks like I'll be shipping my VC and calipers to Detective Coating.

You can't really see any imperfections in pictures. It just came out spotty/cloudy w/e you want to call it. He only charged me $50 b/c he felt bad lol. So, I think I'll spend the extra money and have it done by a well know PCer in the scene.
