Looking at a 07 wrx sedan on sunday. IIRC that was one of the best years in terms of reliability, not sure if you had any insight.

07's are nice, plus you don't have to worry about being stuck with 17's or larger to clear brakes like on an STI. I'd ask about when the timing belts were changed, they should have been at 100k and also look for valve cover gasket leaks and check for any signs of the turbo seals leaking into the exhaust.
